Lara Menke — CEO & Co-Founder
Lara Menke is the CEO and Co-Founder of CAIA, a global leadership consultancy for innovative companies. She is a Leadership Consultant, Business Psychologist and Executive Coach with more than a decade of experience developing leaders across the US, Europe and Asia. Lara is passionate about helping people become the best leaders they can be through leadership coaching, talent strategy, team-building facilitation and tailored development programmes.
As a leadership consultant she combines the art and science of psychology with practical, innovative solutions to tackle the unique challenges and opportunities of modern leaders. Before founding CAIA, Lara worked for three of the world’s top leadership consultancies, where she assessed and developed senior leaders in FTSE 100 companies worldwide. Her expertise includes leadership profiling, leadership development, top-team effectiveness and talent-strategy implementation. She has experience across multiple industries and has consulted at every organisational level, from individual contributors to the C-suite.
As an executive coach, Lara’s style balances compassion and challenge to guide coachees beneath the surface, triggering mindset shifts and sustainable behaviour change. She helps clients explore emotions and unconscious limiting beliefs to gain new perspectives and options for accelerated growth. Lara holds an MSc in Industrial/Organisational and Business Psychology from University College London and a BSc in Psychology from Maastricht University. She speaks fluent English and German, and conversational Italian, French, Dutch and Spanish.
Kirra Parascos — Leadership Consultant & Psychometrician
Kirra Parascos is an experienced business psychologist, coach and leadership consultant who constantly seeks innovative solutions to the challenges faced by leaders and organisations. She focuses on understanding the psychology behind human behaviour to unlock meaningful change, blending empathetic guidance with thought‑provoking challenges and empowering clients to navigate their emotions and confront ingrained limitations.
Since joining CAIA in 2019, Kirra has co‑founded the COA Values Assessment — a psychometric tool that helps leaders and organisations define what matters most to them. Her approach combines cutting‑edge research with practical, real‑world experience to provide insightful, actionable recommendations. She has a proven track record working with clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies; recent clients include Rio Tinto, BHP, Woolworths Group, Diageo and The Body Shop. Kirra holds a Master of Business Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychological Science from the University of Queensland and completed an intensive program in Forensic Psychology at Maastricht University.
Anna Naumenko — Psychometrician, Business Psychologist, PhD
Anna Naumenko is a Chartered Psychologist, Psychometrician and Existential Counsellor with more than two decades of experience developing assessments, guiding individuals through career transitions and consulting organisations across sectors and geographies. She partners with businesses to design robust, fair and human‑centred assessment solutions and works with individuals to foster insight, growth and meaningful career direction. Anna combines scientific rigour with a deep respect for the complexity of human experience, bridging the gap between what we can measure and what truly matters — meaning, purpose, values and potential.
Her approach balances clarity and compassion, helping clients understand themselves more fully and make decisions that are effective, authentic and impactful. Anna has consulted with start‑ups and global organisations in more than 15 countries, including the UK, USA, Japan, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, South Africa and Sweden. She advises on the development, validation and ethical use of psychometric tools, helping clients refine their in‑house assessments, align strategies with business goals and promote fairness and inclusivity. As a Test Reviewer for the British Psychological Society she evaluates assessments produced by other publishers and promotes high‑quality, evidence‑based tools.
Anna is particularly interested in innovations such as gamified assessments and the use of large‑language models and AI in test development and psychometric data analysis. As a career coach, she has delivered more than 800 one‑to‑one sessions with young people and currently coaches leaders navigating career transitions, enhancing self‑awareness and aligning professional paths with personal values. Clients value her calm, thoughtful presence, nuanced insights and ability to translate complex psychological ideas into practical tools. Originally trained in Moscow and now based in London, Anna works internationally and is fluent in English and Russian with intermediate German and basic French and Spanish.
Deborah Gehrmann — Founder Associate, Business Psychologist & Executive Coach
Deborah brings a rare combination of commercial acumen, psychological insight and coaching expertise to CAIA. As Founder Associate, she works closely with CAIA’s CEO & Co-Founder, Lara Menke, to shape and scale the business, driving strategic projects across brand, product, client operations and business development. Alongside this, she supports the design and delivery of CAIA’s innovative leadership and team-development solutions.
Before moving into leadership development, Deborah spent nearly a decade in strategic commercial and relationship-management roles, partnering with senior executives across global finance and corporate sectors. This experience gives her a deep understanding of high-pressure environments, complex stakeholder dynamics and what truly drives organisational success — the people behind it.
Deborah holds an MSc in Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, an MSc in Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, and a BSc in Business Administration & Economics. She is an ICF Executive Coach with an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Coaching, as well as certificates in Organisational & Leadership Coaching and Somatic Coaching & Visualisations.
Her coaching blends psychology, evidence-based methods and somatic practices to empower founders and leaders to unlock performance and growth through greater self-awareness and courage. Her style is supportive yet challenging, helping clients strengthen confidence, resilience and impact.
Fluent in English and German, Deborah is passionate about conscious leadership, sustainable performance and the intersection between business and human potential. Outside of work, she finds balance through yoga, nature and travel.
Simona Haivas — Executive Coach, PhD
Simona Haivas is a tenacious, purpose‑led talent and leadership-development expert with a “get-stuck-in” mentality and a track record of delivering impactful solutions across contexts. She has been coaching leaders and high‑potential individuals for more than seven years, specialising in helping those experiencing transitions and growth in fast‑paced roles and environments.
Simona brings experience in executing end‑to‑end talent strategy — from talent acquisition and onboarding through development, performance management and succession planning. She consults with business leaders to align their people and culture agenda to business goals and designs leadership‑capability frameworks and programmes. Simona is a certified leadership assessor and coach (ICF-accredited) and holds certifications in the Hogan Leadership Suite, NLP, systemic coaching, Gestalt and conversational wisdom. She has a PhD in Organisational Psychology focused on employee motivation and speaks fluent English, Romanian and German.
Constanze Wever – Executive Coach
Constanze Pauline Wever is a Business Psychologist passionate about helping organisations and leaders transform, adapt and thrive from the inside out. She delivers assessments, coaching, training and culture-change consulting across industries. Prior to becoming a leadership consultant, she spent eight years as a management consultant supporting businesses through restructures and large-scale transformation journeys. She now combines a solid business mindset with a deep understanding of human personality and the science of effective leadership.
Constanze holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from UCL, an MSc in European Business from ESCP Europe and a BSc in Philosophy & Economics from the University of Bayreuth. Born to a German mother and Chilean father, she brings a multicultural lens to her work and is fluent in English, German and Spanish.
Sanjay Bhogaita — Executive Coach & Business Psychologist
Sanjay Bhogaita partners with Boards, C‑suite and senior leadership teams when performance is non‑negotiable and alignment is mission‑critical. A former Global Head of Culture & Communications and Head of Performance & Talent at Travelex and later Group Head of Culture & Transformation at Finablr, he has led organisations through real‑world complexity: from leading a global COVID‑19 taskforce and responding to a major cyber‑attack to managing three large‑scale restructures including a £225 m transformation programme. At Finablr he delivered a group‑wide cultural integration across 18 000 employees in preparation for a successful IPO on the London Stock Exchange.
Sanjay has since supported leadership teams across Advent International, AlixPartners and Francisco Partners portfolio companies, helping them build shared accountability, tackle unseen tensions and accelerate execution in high‑growth, highly regulated environments. His coaching is commercially grounded, psychologically deep and outcome‑focused. As a qualified systemic team coach he helps teams reset how they relate, decide and deliver, creating high‑trust environments where leaders can surface hard truths and lead together with greater clarity. He also serves as a trustee, NED and board member in the not‑for‑profit sector and brings a lived, intersectional perspective to his work with difference, identity and leadership maturity.
Sanjay holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology (Distinction) and a BSc in Psychology (First Class Honours) from the University of Nottingham. He is an ICF‑accredited coach (ACC), a Certified Business Psychologist (ABP) and a qualified Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
Tiffany Missiha — Executive Coach & Consultant
Tiffany Missiha is a certified Executive Coach (CPCC), Business Psychologist and Leadership Advisor to senior leaders and teams of FTSE 100, Fortune 500 and high‑growth start‑ups and scale‑ups. Throughout her consulting career she has designed and facilitated impactful group‑based development experiences and provided executive coaching for leaders ranging from C‑suite and executive committees to middle management. Tiffany has held senior consulting roles at Korn Ferry, a global management consulting firm, as well as at a boutique London‑based consultancy focused on top‑team development.
She has worked across industries including technology, consumer retail, financial services (banking, private equity and asset management), professional services and healthcare. As a leadership coach she is known for working at depth with a pragmatic edge; she takes a whole‑person‑centred approach, blending analytical thought with acute emotional intelligence and offering a flexible, adaptable style while firmly holding onto her clients’ aspirations. Tiffany enables clients to move from complexity or “stuckness” to clarity and informed action by helping them access and optimise the full extent of their resources. Her approach blends incisive curiosity, perspective‑taking and constructive challenge to help clients quickly get to the core of their challenges, and she is adept at spotting and navigating complex human issues inherent in business and leadership problems.
Before specialising in leadership development she held roles in higher education and healthcare, researching and applying principles of Optimal Human Performance to clinical and research settings. Tiffany holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Physiology from the University of Toronto and an MSc in Psychology from the University of East London. She is a Certified Professional Co‑Active Coach (CPCC), trained with the Co‑Active Training Institute and accredited by the International Coach Federation.
Jasper Bos — Leadership & Organisation Transformation Consultant
Jasper Bos brings over 20 years of hands‑on global experience as an organisational‑development leader, having worked across industries and cultures — from FTSE 100 manufacturing and consumer goods to high‑growth start‑ups, tech companies and large multinationals. He has lived and worked in Europe, North America and Asia, giving him a deep understanding of leading across cultures and connecting with people in a meaningful, human way.
At the heart of Jasper’s work is a belief that organisations and leaders thrive when they are purpose‑driven. Known for his pragmatic, grounded approach, he helps leaders cut through noise and complexity to focus on what truly matters — for themselves, their teams, their customers and the communities they serve. Today, as an executive coach, consultant and facilitator, he works with leaders to grow with purpose and lead with presence — leading with clarity, acting with impact and staying grounded in what truly matters to them and those they lead.
